Before Queen Bey reigned supreme over the music world, she was known as Beyoncé Knowles and was one of three members of Destiny’s Child. The group split in 2006, and today many of us struggle to remember the names of Beyoncé’s Destiny’s Child counterparts: Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams.

Always overshadowed by their long-reigning and culturally iconic sister, Berenice and Arsinoë have been forgotten by mainstream history yet were just as powerful, clever and articulate as their famous sister.
